What you can do for Expel

  • Elevate our Sales technology stack to be a driver of sales efficiency, remove friction from the sales process and measure our sales process
  • Partner with Sales leaders, Marketing, Business Systems, Finance, Product and others to drive strong data flows, financial controls, integrations and other initiatives
  • Bring expertise in Sales technology that leads to exceeding our revenue goals
  • Support front-line sales staff by creating a better user experience for end users and troubleshooting issue that arise
  • Use data to understand what's working, what's not, and what to do next.

What you should bring with you

  • Several years leading a Sales Systems function for for rapidly growing SaaS companies beyond $50M in annual recurring revenue.
  • Salesforce.com administrator certification required
  • Mastery of modern office tools and SaaS technologies used in sales teams including things like Salesforce.com, SFDC CPQ,
  • Strong active listening and conflict management skills; you build consensus across multiple stakeholders easily.

Additional Notes

The base salary range for this role is between $142,500 USD and $205,200 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.

We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.

At Expel, we ask our crew to provide their covid-19 vaccination status because it’s helpful to understand this data at a company level and we expect that customers, partners, and conferences will start asking us to attest to the vaccination status of our people.
