What you’ll do

Brex is looking for a right hand to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to work on strategic organizational projects that span all functions of the Sales and Revenue Marketing departments. The successful candidate must possess superior data analysis and written communication skills, be process-oriented with a bias to action, and be highly collaborative. Success in this role is helping scale the organization and the CRO by independently executing on cross-functional projects for the office of the CRO. In turn, the role provides an opportunity to build business acumen through synthesis of data and cross-organizational collaboration, to impact processes across multiple teams, and to articulate solutions to complex problems as a thought partner to the CRO.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and run the Sales and Revenue Marketing onboarding process 
  • Manage the Sales and Revenue Marketing training program 
  • Collaborate with CRO and other leaders to drive strategic, long-term decisions and ensure progress on priority workstreams 
  • Partner with the CRO and other leaders on career development for the Sales and Revenue Marketing teams
  • Lead projects as needed that span across Sales, Revenue Marketing, and other business teams 
  • Support with possible M&A or acquihires 
  • Design and maintain systems to coordinate and track internal and external engagements across teams and time zones 

 

Requirements:

  • Sales and/or consulting experience in financial services or SaaS services, with a focus on revenue generation
  • Strong collaboration, project management and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience gaining buy-in from leaders across the organization

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in building new enterprise Sales processes
