About the Role

We are looking for a leader for the Endemic Creators and Custom Programs, securing participation in important segments from established (T3+) endemic creators. The purpose of this position is to provide audience, mentorship to participants of the Accelerator, the Accelerator+ and other custom programs developed and led by the team.

You will report to the Head of Creator Programs.

You can work in San Francisco or Los Angeles, California.

You Will:

• Develop compelling propositions to incentivize endemic creator participation in new segments.
• Identify opportunities i.e. through relevant cultural moments where creators can collaborate, take part in mentorship programs, where 'up and coming' creators get to share in community development opportunities.
• Build effective channels of communication with the Strategic Accounts, Community Development and Content Acquisition teams.
• Oversee the development of custom programs that support the goals of Creator Expansion

You Have:

• At least 5+ years of experience working in creator development, talent acquisition, account management, community management
• Avid Twitch viewer or streamer; you have deep knowledge of Twitch products and services
• Effective team leader including working cross-functionally absent formal reporting lines

Bonus Points

• Community management where one to many communication strategies are deployed
• Personal experience with digital online-only events and running educational programs
