About the Role

As Ramp builds out its partnerships organization, we are looking for a Partner Enablement addition to the team. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-oriented, and a creative thinker. The primary focus of the role will be working with partners to develop joint marketing plans, leading generation of collateral and content for/with Partners, and collaborating closely with sales enablement, marketing, and product marketing teams to deliver scalable processes and measurable high-impact campaigns. We’re looking for someone who is excellent at building relationships, is hyper-organized at managing complex projects, and skilled at getting cross-functional teams like product and marketing to work toward a unified and measurable goal. This role will involve close partnership with our product, sales, ops, and marketing teams, as we work closely with our most strategic partners to jointly go to market, and increase adoption of existing product integrations.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on mutual business objectives, market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with the product marketing, communications and growth teams to drive and implement commercially effective partner go-to-market plans and launches 
  • Develop holistic view of partner marketing opportunities with a view to own  categorizing, prioritizing, and dividing responsibilities between BD team and PMM team
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks to streamline and optimize partner marketing efforts
  • Produce exceptional partner assets and marketing content such as emails, social posts, presentations, one-pagers, and customer success stories
  • Collaborate closely with sales enablement and product marketing teams to improve the effectiveness of partner sales teams and Ramp’s sales team
  • Evaluate and measure the performance of partner campaigns and optimize for improvements
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and partner teams to drive ongoing adoption of partner-enabled features and products 
  • Spearhead Ramp’s presence at industry outreach/events, coordinating with sales, brand, and marketing to prioritize events and ensure attendance and branding at the best events

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 6 years experience in partner marketing or very similar role
  • Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners
  • Strong communication, structured thinking, organization, and project management skills 
  • Clear communication, and project management skills
  • Experience designing and executing marketing campaigns to meet business goals
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build excitement around work
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines is essential
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment

  • Experience in high growth startups
  • Experience within financial technology
  • Strong negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner value
  • Experience with Partner Marketing and Activation with a proven track record of relationship building and management
