About the Role

Reporting to the Snr. Manager, Partnerships, Turkey, you will guide regional content creator development, identifying and acquiring new UGC opportunities and working on strategic programs tied to content growth. You will be the contact for individual creators and other broadcasting partners in Turkey. As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the creator market in the region, have client management experience, a customer service mentality and comfort with evolving timelines. You also have a passion for gaming and the desire to turn that passion into a career.

You Will:

  • Manage existing partnered content creators
  • Assist individual creators with maximising their use of the platform
  • Identify and recruit content creators to use the platform
  • Develop new acquisition opportunities, from outreach to contract negotiation and execution
  • Create local strategic programmes which provide value to broadcasters
  • Track and report important performance metrics and goals
  • Work with Marketing, BD, PR, Sales, and Content teams
  • Gather feedback on Twitch products and present to team members
  • Bridge the language barrier between Twitch and the local community

You Have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Turkish and English
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of account management experience or working in the Turkish speaking digital content landscape in a content-focused role
  • Ability to travel to gaming conventions, industry events and to meet clients - more than 30 days of travelling a year
  • Understanding of common online video and online advertising metrics
  • Developed an understanding of the traditional and digital media sector
  • The ability to describe how programs satisfy organisational goals
  • Good at setting and exceeding personal, team, and organisational goals
  • Skills in communicating, building relationships, and relating to others at all levels
