About The Role:

You will own the relationships with Notion’s most important SMB relationships - like AWS and Stripe. You will help work on the deals with our Partnerships team while then owning the relationship success. We are looking for someone who wants to help drive overall workspaces through partners and enable them these partners to be successful. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across our go-to-market teams to chart our course in this market and scale global operations.

What You'll Achieve

  • Own the attainment and output of our SMB partners - workspaces, activation
  • Work with partnerships team to drive new deals in the SMB space
  • Develop key relationships with vendors across all regions to acquire SMBs globally
  • Drive joint webinars with our top partners - work with marketing and partnerships to get content and signups
  • Work cross functionally with legal, finance and our product partnerships team
  • Own the output of our referral partners and increase our overall partnership deals
  • Work with partnerships on ongoing new partnership potential - both that impact the wider SMB segment and also startups

Skills and Toolset You'll Need to Bring:

  • 8+ years of technology sales or business development in the SMB segment at a fast-growing software company
  • Previous experience hitting targets through SMB vendors or partners, selling through external teams. Plus for experience with startup programs and venture
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Past experience on a fast-growing sales team with a preference for hyper-growth and product-led companies
  • A phenomenally strong communicator and relationship builder
  • A builders mentality who thrives in collaborative environments
  • An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity
