About The Position

We are seeking a Program Coordinator who will execute on strategic programs to support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience operating and developing scaled programs, earns trust through performance and relationship building, and has a deep knowledge of or interest in the development of talk-based communities. This position is responsible for growing creators on Twitch who specialize in live, talk-based formats. Success in this role requires a person who has a proven work ethic that drives the desired results, and has experience in community management or audience-facing operations. This role requires a fluent Spanish and English speaker. Other European languages are a plus, but not essential.

You Will

  • Run scaled programs to help creators grow by maximizing hours broadcast and audience engagement both on and off Twitch
  • Knowledge of up-and-coming creators, or the ability to identify creators with growth potential 
  • An excellent understanding and instinct for finding stars in the making - on and off platform 
  • Craft and distribute outreach to creators to help onboard them to Twitch, and address FAQs 
  • Review and process creator applications for quality
  • Identify and monitor key creator ‘health’ metrics to evaluate current performance and future potential using internal analytics tools
  • Act as a champion and liaison point between creators and other cross-functional teams, gathering feedback from  creators that will help Twitch improve the experience of streaming talk-content on Twitch
  • Ability to translate educational materials for creators such as technical setup and content strategy, as well as  identify any region-specific needs
  • Help manage one or more Discord servers for communicating key opportunities and program status with creators 
  • Be the voice of creators to other business stakeholders

You Have

  • At least 2+ years of experience working as a community manager, creator advocate, or live video broadcaster 
  • Extensive experience with streaming networks as well as content & communications services 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Passion for watching content creators and influencers 
  • Fluent in Spanish

Bonus Points

 Experience with Airtable, Salesforce, Tableau, and/or Discord (or willingness to learn) 

  • Avid Twitch viewer or streamer; you have deep knowledge of Twitch products and services 
  • Personal experience with digital online-only events and running educational programs 
  • Experience launching new programs or products
  • Interest in sports
  • High School diploma
  • Additional European language

Contract Length: 9 months
