The MongoDB Professional Services (PS) department exists to support the development of our customers’ vision, accelerate customers’ time to value, and drive a multitude of customer adoption scenarios - from building new solutions to modernizing legacy applications or migrating to the cloud. Our consulting solutions ensure that organizations get the most out of MongoDB at all stages.
The PS Operations Program/Project Coordinator is a key role on the PS Operations team that is integral to keeping the PS department running smoothly. As the Program Coordinator for our Remote Delivery Center (RDC), you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for ensuring they have a great experience in scheduling their consulting engagements. This role utilizes a case management system and is primarily focused on performing a number of key and time sensitive internal scheduling functions. In parallel, this role focuses on driving operational excellence and predictability across the business by working cross-functionally with the rest of the Operations team, project managers, consulting engineer Managers and other internal teams.
This role is part of the global PS Operations team and will report to one of our Operations Managers.
This role is based out of our Austin, TX office or remotely in East/Central timezone in North America.
