Senior Commercial Recruiter  | Remotely from United States

As more talented people fill our ranks, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to help us build our growing nest of Birds around the world. As a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will have a huge impact on the commercial growth of our company through innovative hiring strategies that meet our business needs and exceed our candidate’s expectations.

Our commercial org consists of Sales Development, Mid-Market & Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Alliances & Partnerships and  Customer Experience teams; this is an opportunity to be a true business partner for your hiring managers. You take the lead in actively searching for the best talent out there and engaging the most highly skilled candidates through high-touch and personalized experiences. By building knowledge of the external talent landscape and knowing the market's ins and outs, you are able to find, attract and engage the best talent. Your job is not only to hit the hiring target, but also to elevate our hiring practices and bring them to the next level.

You are driven and easily develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Besides that, you are comfortable with data and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient – from generating pipelines to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate. You are responsible for the entire candidate experience.  

What you’ll do

  • Recruit top-tier, MessageBird-fit commercial talent globally and achieve quarterly hiring goals.
  • Partner closely with commercial leaders across MessageBird to align on talent strategy, market mapping and resource planning. 
  • Source, screen, interview and close candidates for roles within our commercial teams — owning the full end-to-end recruitment process. 
  • Build relevant global commercial sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs.
  • Communicate effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Educate hiring managers and interview teams to ensure they are prepared and engaged for every interview process.
  • Actively contribute to promoting our employer brand via social media, events, etc.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience for every candidate!

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience within fast-growing, tech organizations.
  • 3+ years internal/in-house recruiting experience, partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure the best possible experience for both them and your candidates.
  • Successful track record of negotiating with and closing senior SaaS sales talent and broader commercial roles across every level.
  • A strong understanding of commercial role compensation within the SaaS sales arena
  • Proven ability to attract and engage passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline through effective sourcing strategies. 
  • Ability to think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, collaborate with fellow recruiters, and optimize your own time.
  • Data-driven; you’re all about the numbers and using that to optimize and influence.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Passion, drive and enthusiasm to ensure we secure the best commercial talent out there!
