What Expel is looking for in applicants

Do you want to help equip managers with the data they need to enable their teams? Do you love building out new business processes? Do you want to build an incredible, self-service HRIS experience? We’re making the switch to Workday, and we need your help. Yeah, we're super jazzed about it too!

You love to dive in, figure things out, and roll out new features. Sure, it would be incredible if there were a few more “oohs” and “aahs” on a successful launch, but you’d settle for fewer WTFs when things didn’t go quite as planned.

Do you get an immense sense of pleasure when the gears silently click in place and everything just works? All of a sudden it’s these thrills you’re after, and these challenges you look forward to. In fact, the best moments of all may be when someone uses a capability you've built, and they exclaim, "OMG, I can't believe how easy that was!" You care about the people you're working with, and when you help to make them successful, you share their happiness.

If any of this resonates, then we’d love to hear from you.
