The Role

As a Professional Services Customer Architect, you will work hand-in-hand with MessageBird customers to create solutions on top of the MessageBird OPaasS platform. You will have the opportunity to build a deep understanding of their business issues and construct a working solution. You will be the key technical resource engaging in the scoping, delivery and evaluation of projects.  

Exceptional customer experience in the CPaaS industry is what we pride ourselves on. This is reflected in our solutions offerings and Post-sales support. As a MessageBird Professional Services Consultant, you will own a part of that exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with the sales and partners teams to create solutions for MessageBird customers
  • Understand the state of the art technologies and trends in Automation and Customer Care to influence the built of production ready solutions
  • Own the technical design of the solutions, including integrations, sample code and documentation
  • Lead customer engagements and projects and ensure MessageBird is meeting customer expectations
  • Work on project documentation and deliverables that explains and assess projects 
  • Lead the handover of solutions to technical support teams and internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years demonstrated success in a client-facing consulting technical role
  • Proven track record of software development projects and excellent documentation.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, SDKs and PaaS.
  • Problem solving, creativity and research skills.
  • Understanding of the Customer Care and Automation Industry
  • Highly communicative and team-oriented.
  • Obsession for Customer Satisfaction 
  • Passion for learning and overcoming any type of challenges
