About the Role

As an Associate Marketing Manager you will help develop global, end-to-end marketing campaigns for Trust & Safety programs at Twitch, including the launch of new policies and moderation tools and ongoing educational programs. You will use consumer insights to develop audience-centric marketing strategies, bring together partners to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, and gain agreement on those plans. You understand market trends, are comfortable working with data, and have experience applying these insights to positively influence consumer sentiment and adoption of programs and features. You will report to the Senior Director of Trust & Safety Marketing.

This position can be located in San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, or New York, NY.

You Will:

  • Develop marketing plans and creative briefs for safety education programs.
  • Collaborate with partner teams teams to build marketing campaigns that improve adoption of tools and understanding of policies.
  • Partner with internal creative teams to develop quality marketing assets.
  • Identify new trends and opportunities on Twitch to promote community safety education and engagement.
  • Manage the content development process and maintenance of the Twitch Safety Center, which houses all information about Twitch's approach to safety.

You Have:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and are a natural storyteller
  • Strong project management capabilities including planning, prioritizing and execution
  • A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork across teams
  • Fluency with data, and comfort with using insights to develop marketing plans
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, psychology, computer science, or a related field
