About the Role

As a key resource in the creation and execution of growth experiments, you will look for opportunities to turn successes into persistent campaigns. Working side-by-side with leaders from around the organization you will craft automated journeys for prospects and customers that drive increased value and brand affinity. This omni-channel approach to narrative storytelling is your chance to multiply team wins and connect meaningfully with the customer journey.

The role can based in NYC or 100% remote. 

What You’ll Do

  • Help build a best-in-class lifecycle marketing program
  • Identify opportunities for new automated journeys based on successful growth experiments
  • Work closely with operational and technical teams to validate audience targeting and ensure that our content and offers are going to exactly the people who want them
  • Identify gaps in our dynamic content offerings and produce creative new modules that further tailor our message to the audience
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results across all channels to understand the efficacy of strategies and tactics for improving key engagement and retention metrics
  • Brainstorm, outline, and produce email-centric growth campaigns that drive conversions across the funnel
  • Establish and maintain a high bar for marketing creative and copy
  • Establish and expand CRM efforts into newer markets and industry segments
  • Be a strategic thinker, problem solver, and communicator who is focused on building meaningful and impactful long-term relationships with consumers
  • Partner closely Marketing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to supercharge a multi-channel, multi-touch, lifecycle program and champion our lifecycle marketing roadmap

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 7 years in B2B lifecycle marketing related roles, ideally at fast growing companies with high data and analytical rigor
  • Detailed technical knowledge of CRM & email systems, attribution models, and lead scoring
  • A critical lens for audiences and the ability to quickly and accurately turn generalized audience summaries into actionable lists
  • Strong working knowledge of Hubspot as well as marketing automation tools like Intercom, with a strong track record leveraging those tools to create successful, multi-channel, and multi touch campaigns
  • Meticulous documentation and mapping skills to help surface the complex automations you build in easily digestible ways
  • You like to build - you enjoy the process of going from problem to solution regardless of the medium
  • You are a storyteller and can weave complex ideas into meaningful narratives with ease
  • You’re a master with data analysis, and have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data

Nice to Haves:

  • Fundamental HTML and CSS background, especially email marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with SQL and database analysis
  • Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies
