We are looking for a Recruiting Infrastructure Leader to work at the intersection of operations strategy, consulting, and program management – who has experience managing strong managers, recruiting operations and analysts at a global scale. You’ll play a key role in further building out your direct team, and working alongside recruiting leadership to set strategic directions and create structure across our tech stack, programs, processes and our work. 


In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

  • Drive strategy planning processes across the entire TA function including development of long-term strategic plans & roadmaps in partnership with the Leadership team
  • Lead key org-wide initiatives, partner with Finance, Program Managers, and Recruiting Operations Leadership teams. Execute on change management and communication principles to ensure successful delivery
  • Represent Talent priorities and effectively influence leaders and key partners to gain alignment around cross functional requirements and strategies
  • Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear across immediate team as well as buy-in & alignment with cross-functional
  • partners
  • Support the design and delivery of regular communications, training and enablement for new processes, tools and policies
  • Understand the current processes and tools environment and execute action plans to achieve improved efficiencies, resource optimization and controls
     

A background like this helps:

  • 12+ years experience leading Project Management, Process Improvement strategy and execution
  • Experience managing and developing cross-functional teams and leading leaders
  • Leadership and interpersonal experience including building relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in evaluating, developing and implementing operational improvements through automation and process redesign to enable scalability and velocity
  • Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal experience
  • Experience breaking down complex processes and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements at local, regional and global levels
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams to set objectives and produce results

As an employer, Chainalysis is obliged to ensure a healthy and safe working environment. This means that we must try to prevent the coronavirus from spreading inside the workplace and all employees are obliged to follow the local regulations issued by the relevant health authorities.  

  • To help support a safe work environment, we encourage all employees in EMEA to get fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Employees will not be required to attend an event or in-person customer meeting. 
  • Employees in the EU and the UK are allowed to travel internationally for internal meetings to any country deemed “green or amber” by the EU and the UK authorities. All attendees for Chainalysis in-person events or meetings will be required to adhere to the following guidelines:  
    • International travel will only be permitted if you receive approval from both your manager and Executive Leader
    • You must familiarize yourself and comply with any screening/safety protocols imposed by the entity/individual hosting the in-person meeting or event
    • You must comply with any and all safety guidelines and travel restrictions established by applicable law  
    • If you are in close or proximate contact with others at the event/customer site and test positive for COVID-19, you must immediately notify the People Team and avoid contact with others for 10 days

With circumstances changing on a regular basis and parts of our APAC team going in and out of mandatory lockdown, APAC will continue to follow country legislation and guidelines.
