About the Role

As a Product Marketing team leader, you will own GTM strategy, positioning, enablement, and product launches for Ramp’s product portfolio. The ideal candidate has experience taking complex products and solutions to market and demonstrated success driving awareness and product adoption. 

What You’ll Do

  • Own the marketing narrative and positioning for Ramp’s product portfolio and solutions
  • Hire and lead a team of high-performance product marketers
  • Quarterback new product launches driving both GTM strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on enablement programs to improve sales effectiveness
  • Partner with Product leadership to shape the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop product adoption and activation campaigns
  • Study the competitive landscape and continuously update Ramp’s in-market narrative

What You’ll Need

  • 8+ years in a product or solutions marketing role at a B2B software company
  • Familiarity with SaaS ideally in the HR/IT/Finance software space
  • Experience successfully taking products to market (you can position and launch new products in your sleep)
  • Excellent communication skills - you will own complex launches that require working with a diverse set of stakeholders 
  • Extreme agility and a strong bias towards action (you will need to roll up your sleeves and produce one minute and zoom out and strategize the next)
  • Prior people management experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or BS in economics, computer science, MIS, or related STEM field
  • Fintech and financial services domain expertise
  • Prior experience at a hypergrowth startup
