The Role

TaxBit is looking for an experienced recruiting program manager who thrives in building brand recognition from a recruiting perspective. As a Recruiting Program & Brand Manager, you’ll own TaxBit’s external recruiting events and online recruiting forums to help us attract top talent and build a diverse talent pipeline for our Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Washington, D.C. locations. You’ll help stand up our campus recruiting program as part of our broader recruiting brand strategy. You’ll own the strategy and build the processes that will help support TaxBit’s hypergrowth. You’ll have an outsized impact as you raise brand awareness and help make TaxBit an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the design, iteration, implementation, and execution of online (The Muse, Built In) and in-person projects and events that will codify TaxBit’s external recruiting brand and attract top talent across all departments, with a particular focus on Engineering
  • Build out processes to help improve our recruitment engine’s scalability, starting with top of funnel pipeline 
  • Partner with Recruiting and Engineering leadership to create solutions to build a diverse talent pipeline
  • Collect data and manage reporting to demonstrate ROI on external efforts
  • Develop a campus recruiting roadmap and budget
  • Contribute to a great culture and working environment 

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting program/project management,  full-cycle recruiting, and/or building a recruiting brand
  • Ability to bring innovative ideas for attracting talent in a highly competitive talent market 
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion with proven ability to apply industry best practices
  • Data-driven mindset with a willingness to experiment, take smart risks, and pivot when necessary; proactive approach to reporting ROI on pipeline-building efforts
  • Ability to operate autonomously 
  • A growth mindset and ability to shift priorities as hiring needs continue to evolve
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to build trust with candidates and sell TaxBit’s culture
  • Experience leveraging and managing an ATS; Greenhouse is preferred 

Desired Skills

  • Prior startup experience and/or experience at a major tech company
  • Experience with new candidate onboarding, team culture development and/or building an office from scratch
