ABOUT THIS JOB

As a FP&A Specialist in the Shanghai office, you will be supporting a high-energy, rapidly growing company.  You will oversee finance results through financial planning, forecasting and analyzing. This role will work with teams across the company to aid in effective data driven decision making. Along with performing additional ad-hoc projects for various company initiatives, you will drive constant process improvement to focus less on process and more on analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly expense forecast, annual budget and LRP across multiple regions and entities
• Cooperate with accounting team to provide timely closing variance analysis
• Analyze and track spending, maintain good communication and relationship with business teams
• Provide a source of insightful business analytical support, including but not limited to QBR/R&O deck preparation, expense allocation analysis, and ad-hoc profitability scenarios
• Partner with corporate FP&A for global projects

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or above in a Finance or Accounting major
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in finance 
• Workable spoken and written English
• Excellent Excel and PPT skills
• Self-starter with a natural sense of curiosity, always has strong willing to understand business
• Demonstrated excellence translating datasets into actionable results
• Superior quantitative and analytical abilities
