We are looking for a Field Enablement Partner to join our Field Effectiveness team. This role will be a key partner for one or more of our field teams, e.g. sales, sales development, or account management. As an Enablement Partner, you will gain a deep understanding of the key roles that drive our go to market approach and serve as an advisor, facilitator and coach to enable a success ramp as well as continued development. 

You will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development in the flow of work, including but not limited to: leading learning circles, developing role plays, conducting film reviews, leading certifications on key capabilities, and other forms of immersive learning that drives proficiency. 

Learning will be delivered both virtually and in person (if and when it’s safe to do so, per COVID-19). You will be accountable for tracking and measuring enablement outcomes for your assigned field team and developing plans for continuous program improvement.

This role is for someone who loves working directly with the field as a facilitator and coach. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently and where demonstration of strong communication and delivery skills will be essential.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build a strong partnership with field leaders - your “customer”
  • Deeply understands the fields needs and challenges, and brings a perspective on solutions
  • Design and develop content, including role plays, learning circles, film reviews, 1:1 coaching topics
  • Deliver learning as the primary facilitator/coach. You will spend 50-60% of your time delivering learning (and at times, even more)
  • Bring innovative ideas about how to accelerate ramp and development
  • Develop measurement strategy and track results. Report out results and insight to your key stakeholders on a quarterly basis
  • Manage a continuous improvement process to ensure your programs are evolving with the needs of the business

 

If you have some or all of the following please apply: 

  • 2+ years of facilitating sales training and/or sales coaching
  • 5+  years experience in a sales or customer-facing function (either in role or in a support role)
  • Experience scaling enablement efforts in a fast-growing environment
  • Training and/or coaching certifications are a plus
