About the Role:

Vercel is looking for an Enablement Specialist / Learning Coordinator to join our growing GTM Enablement team. This person will focus on coordination, execution, and administration of GTM Learning Programs. This person will also act as a learning advisor who will welcome new hires to GTM teams, as well as host various enablement activities, events, and sessions. You will join the GTM Enablement team at Vercel as an early team member and will be responsible for designing enablement experiences for a global, truly hyper-growth sales organization. We encourage candidates from the Americas and Europe.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Use learning principles and cutting-edge best practices to drive program effectiveness and adoption.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and host various enablement events and programs.
  • Facilitate and/or host welcome calls, training, and other enablement events.
  • Partner with sales enablement leadership to manage and maintain assignments, reporting and analytics of our L/CMS and Knowledge Management platforms.
  • Work across the business to identify what's working in terms of content creation and innovative delivery types.
  • Use innovative technologies to gather inputs from sales teams so that we can ensure their voice is heard and learning experiences are designed for impact.

 

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a learning coordination, facilitation, or event planning role.
  • Understanding high growth environments and asynchronous communication.
  • Superior presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality of learner experience.
  • Ability to establish trust within sales and other stakeholders throughout the business
  • Ability to travel, if needed.
  • You’re naturally curious, love learning new things, are dedicated to sharing knowledge, and like to have fun and collaborate.
  • You possess a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion.
  • You know when something is over your head and aren’t afraid to ask for help.
