About the Role:

Vercel is seeking a dynamic individual to join our outstanding Talent Acquisition team! You will partner with our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, continuing to build out hard-working teams across EMEA. The position will be a 360, end-to-end role - sourcing, screening, and business partnering with the EMEA leaders for the respective areas.

You will develop and drive the activity from attraction to close. We need someone who can think ahead, bring new insights to the table, and is strategically astute, yet can personally deliver on hiring requirements in a hands-dirty-role. Ownership, trust, and support are something we commit to giving you, to allow you to be yourself and contribute like never before.


What You’ll Do

  • Plan for and implement recruiting and pipelining goals - short and mid-term
  • Be passionate about and have experience with attracting and hiring diverse talent
  • Use data and insights to drive conversations with hiring teams to find top talent
  • Utilise our ATS, social media, and other creative tools to source candidates
  • Champion a candidate experience that emphasises visibility, emotional intelligence, and fairness
  • Build strong working relationships with your partners, whether they be candidates, stakeholders, or teammates


What You Have

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in an in-house or agency environment
  • Successful track record of direct hunting passive (Sales / Enterprise) candidates
  • Good knowledge of the market for all levels of talent across GTM
  • A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with the ability to work creatively and calmly under pressure
  • Strong partner leadership skills
  • An ability to use data to inform and influence decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English, additional European language preferred
