  • Own the end-to-end execution of our coach compensation strategy by setting up, managing, and scaling our operational processes and workflows
  • Manage the day-to-day logistics needed to run our Optimization Operations and report on our progress towards operational KPI’s
  • Resolve exceptions; detecting escalation opportunities through data and resolving them with empathy

  • Masterfully influence, collaborate and communicate across diverse stakeholders, including regular engagement with coaches, Network Operations, Analytics, Labs, Sales, and Product
  • Design optimization systems that can scale, defining requirements that can enable operationalization or productization

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in operations management,  program management, or project management role (experience managing an operation preferred)
  • Skilled at analyzing problems and driving decisions through data. You are not just considered to be an Excel whiz, but you know how to turn your models into results.
  • Proven ability to quickly climb new learning curves with a strong bias towards action and experimentation
  • Experience owning a process or system; ability to master an existing complex process and think critically about ways to make it even better
  • Strong logical & operational thinking- you not only stay “on top of it,” but you are thinking 5 steps ahead.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills- can communicate findings clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive forward process improvements
