Sales Enablement is delivered through the Global Sales Productivity organization and, as a team, reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. The team’s responsibilities include implementing and evolving our sales methodology, delivering relevant enablement & training programs, providing targeted coaching, optimizing sales resources, equipping leadership with actionable insights. We are constantly piloting and innovating our programs including leveraging technology, tools, and AI/ML to accelerate productivity.
The Sales Enablement Director is a featured part of the team designed to strategically improve performance of the sales organization. Responsibilities include:
In addition to managing key projects, a manager is also expected to contribute significantly to the design, development, and iteration of new and existing training content working hand in hand with sales leadership and subject matter experts.
This role can be based out of our Austin, San Francisco, New York City, London, Dublin and Barcelona office or remotely in North America or EMEA.
