About the Role We're looking for a special person to work alongside our CEO and work on the most important and strategic projects at Ethos. You will have unique insight into how high-performance leaders blitz-scale a top startup. You will have hands on mentorship and daily collaboration with the CEO. Most importantly, your actions will impact the families we protect. This is a great role for someone who wants to be a CEO at some point. The expectation is this will be a ~24 month position, and afterward the person will graduate to a senior operating role at Ethos.
