This is a high impact and high visibility role, where you will represent the company as you work with customers to define and deliver solutions using Highspot. The Benefits Specialist is a key position on Highspot’s People Team, responsible for all aspects of the operations of benefits programs in the US and Canada. This includes vendor and broker relationship management, data analysis and reporting, and managing employee benefit issue escalations as the first point of contact.
