About the Role The Revenue Operations team at Highspot is at the intersection of Marketing, Account Development, Sales, Services, Finance, and Accounting. Revenue Operations encompasses Platforms, Analytics, and Execution. The Revenue Operations - Platforms team manages the project prioritization and framing, evaluation, implementation, administration, infrastructure, security, and optimization of all go-to-market tools and technology.  We are growing fast and are looking to add to the team a Revenue Operations Manager who will partner with our Services team to build a world-class experience for Highspot’s Services Managers. The Services team works with customers to define and deliver solutions using Highspot. They play a key role in building and sustaining customer and partner relationships while driving the adoption of Highspot within the customer’s organization and ensuring that customers get the full benefits of using our platform. This role will work closely with our G&A and Account Management Business Partners, Salesforce Administrators, and other key stakeholders to help improve the operational workflows and processes that support our new business and expansion Services processes. The ideal candidate for this position will take an innovative, creative approach to design processes and delivering solutions. The person we’re looking for will be collaborative and analytical when solving problems. They will be resilient, resourceful, and tenacious when working cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and operational excellence.
