Ethos is looking for our Head of Underwriting reporting to the VP of Insurance. We’re growing and taking a more active role in our customers’ experience as they apply for life insurance.  This role blends underwriting and process expertise with relationship management to optimize the balance between risk management and customer experience.  We work closely with our business partners to provide an excellent underwriting process and experience to our policyholders. Your job is to make sure there is alignment among stakeholders and constant improvement in our customers’ journey.
