About the Role
As a Solution Architect, you’ll be working directly with our biggest and most complicated customers alongside a Services Team Member. Beyond just providing technical details, you will help customers develop and apply strategies to achieve their learning goals using the Highspot platform. You’ll continually refine Highspot Services practices based on your internal and external experience. Ideally, you are a detail-obsessed adult learning guru who likes solving big, complicated problems using software. You want to invent the future and share it with the smartest people you know - your colleagues. You thrive on delivering for customers and making the room smarter.
