We're looking for a strategic enablement leader to take our Revenue Enablement team to the next level. The Revenue Enablement team is a center of excellence that partners with our revenue teams and enables Account Development Representatives, Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Engineers globally. This role will focus specifically on our acquisition sales teams including Account Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Sales Engineers.

This role operates at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and operations and reports directly to the VP of Revenue Enablement. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of enablement professionals as they drive all aspects of enablement Highspot.
