As the Digital Customer Experience Director, you will own building digital journeys for Gong’s entire customer base, from our smallest to largest customers. You will sit in the Success Operations organization and work very cross-functionally with leaders across the Post-Sales function to build and execute these customer journeys, with the goal of ensuring that Gong customers are hitting key milestones throughout their lifecycle, adopting and getting value from the Gong platform, renewing and expanding, and becoming raving fans.
