About the Role

Twitch's Research Operations team is looking for an experienced, creative, and empathy-driven Program Manager to build programs to help us scale. You'll work with Research Leadership to scope and build programs driving efficiency across the Research team. You'll build partnerships across Twitch, working with researchers, designers, and product managers. You'll make sure the team knows the what, when, and why of the work we're doing.

You can work in San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or Seattle, WA.

You Will:

  • Build relationships with a variety of partners to create programs targeted at scaling research at Twitch
  • Guide workflow, process, and project tracking development to keep the team running
  • Define success stories across several programs to share with the wider Twitch team
  • Partner with researchers and product teams to support research goals and organize UX research execution
  • Provide occasional coverage for other research operations tasks, like participant recruiting
  • Report to the Senior Research Operations Manager of the Central Research team

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Research Operations
  • Experience building scalable programs supporting a variety of outcomes
  • Excellent collaboration skills across a variety of departments
  • A desire to document everything well, even the little things
  • Experience managing several work streams simultaneously
  • An understanding of UX research methods
  • Research participant recruiting and management down to a science

Bonus Points

  • You're comfortable with the technical side of research like SQL, Google Apps Script, Survey Sampling, etc.
  • You've worked within research tools like UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, etc.

The base pay range for this position in Washington is $152,200 - $205,900 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
