The Marketing team at Temporal is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to identify opportunities for growth, execute and manage campaigns that will assist in the scale of Temporal.  This is an excellent position for a highly capable and successful marketing professional with prior demand generation and/or marketing ops experience. What you'll do: * Develop, execute, and optimize multi-touch campaigns that drive inbound interest in Temporal and its solutions, and drive expansion through both paid and organic channels, including community engagement, events, email, and more. * Manage and drive performance to budget for paid media and email campaigns. * Collaborate with internal content-producing teams (DevRel, Education, Docs) to deliver content to the most relevant audience members. * Partner with internal teams to develop growth strategies specific to key segments and verticals. * Work cross-functionally with our Design and Product teams to ensure brand and message consistency. * Deliver on committed demand generation goals to drive efficient growth. * Analyze the impact of your work on key business metrics. What you'll need: * 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and/or growth marketing * Highly organized, methodical approach to building a scalable demand generation practice * Previous experience at a high-growth software/SaaS company * Experience using Marketo; familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is also helpful * Experience managing a paid media budget and working with an external agency is a plus * Track record of long-term success and upward mobility in previous roles * A unique blend of analytical and creative skills Nice to have: * Experience working with HTML/CSS to customize landing pages, emails, and other demand generation assets * Experience using Figma, Sketch, and/or the Creative Cloud is a plus * Previous experience working closely with open source software communities #LI-ES1
