About the Role

Twitch is looking for a creative, strategic leader to drive marketing programs that connect with and create value for our diverse community of creators. The ideal candidate personifies a unique set of professional characteristics. You relate to the entrepreneurial creator experience, are fluent in both broad cultural trends and niche internet communities, have a history of campaign marketing excellence, and bring a rigorous commitment to quantitative analysis of impact. You will help represent the voices of Twitch creators, creating and leading marketing programs that highlight the tremendous creativity and community that are unique to the people who call Twitch home.

You will report directly to the Global Head of Creator Marketing and work within a team that represents the gamut of Twitch creators across gaming, entertainment, music, sports, and more.

This position can be located in San Francisco, CA or remotely across the US.

You Will:

  • Brainstorm and build unique creator marketing programs, overseeing the process from end-to-end. You will lead integrated campaigns that bolster the Twitch brand by inspiring the creator community, elevating the streamer-as-creator, and improving the creator experience on Twitch at-scale.
  • Mine research and user data for relevant insights, applying your unique perspective to identify opportunities to better support and speak to the creator community.
  • Lead the development of creator-facing narratives and messaging.
  • Work cross-functionally across teams, including the broader marketing organization, content, and business development.
  • Use appropriate quantitative and qualitative metrics to track and increase the strategic impact of your efforts. 

You Have:

  • 10+ years experience in integrated campaign management, product marketing, or content marketing.
  • A history of strategic and creative leadership and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • The ability to populate strategic, innovative ideas and pivot quickly based on insights.
  • Experience with marketing KPIs by channel and platform, how to track to goals and how to analyze data to craft narratives and reports.
  • Professional experience in the gaming industry or personal experience as a streamer and/or creator.

The base pay range for this position in Colorado, Connecticut and Washington is $125,400 - $169,600 yr and in New York City is $137,900 - $186,500 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
