About the Role

As an Artist Services Manager you will be the and long term contact for strategic music partners within Music on Twitch. Additionally, you will work with a variety of internal and external teams to track and implement programs, events and strategies focused on growing the music community.

As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with both the artist and creator digital markets, know how to build engaging social media presences, can demonstrate an understanding of Twitch and the surrounding ecosystem, love working with data and have a history of building and facilitating community. Lastly, you're excited to combine all of this experience into compelling programs aimed at growing the Twitch Music community.

You Will:

  • Manage professional relationships with a select group of artists and other music partners
  • Partner with Content Development, Marketing, Sales Development and Community team members to implement and launch community focused programming
  • Participate in team collaborative meetings, developing concepts to improve the growth opportunity for all partners
  • Gather and maintain a database of partner sentiment regarding in-flight content programs and artist facing program experiments
  • Track program performance in real-time, partnering with relevant team members to quickly respond to feedback, findings and new community growth opportunities.
  • Oversee Discord community operations and growth by partnering with a variety of artist and product teams to implement improvements over time, hand-in-hand with the community already present.
  • Maintain strategy regarding social media presence of Twitch Music, across owned channels.
  • Represent regional Twitch partner interests and overall artist market challenges to the larger Twitch Music team

You Have:

  • 5+ years account management, artist management or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years in full cycle program development, from strategy to execution.
  • Hands on experience using Twitch product.
  • An understanding of Twitch culture and content and technologies.
  • Willingness to work remotely with teams based in the United States.

Bonus Points

  • Prior artist relations, music digital marketing or direct management experience.
  • Familiarity with Twitch as a broadcaster.
  • Previous employment at a games industry or broadcast media company.

The base pay range for this position in Colorado, Connecticut and Washington is $66,000 - $115,500 yr and in New York City is $72,600 - 127,000 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
