This is an exciting new opportunity to lead our workplace experience team as we evolve our teams and offices into a new way of working. We are allowing our people to work from wherever they want, but we also want to focus on bringing people together and building culture and teams. This position will manage a team of office coordinators who will embark on reimagining our experience programs to ensure we can keep a sense of community and belonging in this new way of working.

In this role, you will:

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • In partnership with the P&C and IC teams, help to build and craft programs that show employees we keep them at the center of all we do.
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Workplace Experience Coordinators.
  • Work on building an equitable and fun workplace - whether you want to work in the office, at home or somewhere in between.
  • Cultivate an environment (physical and virtual) that facilitates a sound sense of culture, connection, and efficiency.
  • Support team leads, office leads, and P&C in their efforts to welcome new hires, encourage collaboration, team build, etc
  • Build and support social committees and Office Leads with larger social events (in person, virtual, or hybrid.)
  • Support engagement building initiatives that emerge from the data by bringing forward recommendations and solutions and collaborating with appropriate partners and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintains key communication channels related to employee experience and affinity groups including slack channels, email distribution lists
  • Build positive relationships with Office Leads to ensure global alignment

Physical office spaces

  • Get creative - always thinking of new ways to use our office footprint.
  • In partnership with our Real Estate team, make our office spaces more effective and compatible for WFaA.
  • Ensure the physical office spaces are well maintained and relationships with vendors and suppliers are maintained.
  • Ensure the overall management of the snack and office supply budget globally.
  • Spearhead CSR initiatives globally for the office space - including partnering with the green committee.
  • Ensure office safety teams are up to date globally - first aid, fire marshal etc. and file all relevant paperwork.
