About the Role
Highspot recently launched a best class Marketplace that allows the sales content, training, coaching, and methodology from top companies to be natively integrated into the Highspot platform.
We are seeking a talented Program Manager to work with internal and external stakeholders to manage and scale the Highspot Marketplace. This role will be responsible for owning the success of the Highspot marketplace including managing an efficient Rhythm of the Business, building processes and documentation, ensuring partners are profiled and engaged to drive value for customers, partners, and Highspot. You understand sales training & methodology as well as instructional design. It will require strong project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to invent the future.
