Finance at Brex
The Finance team leads financial planning & analysis, corporate development, capital markets, business operations, and Board & investor relations. We strive to be agents of change and strategic thought partners to the business. We actively participate in driving corporate strategy and translating that into execution by the business units. We are integrated with teams across go-to-market, engineering, and product and work closely with them to evaluate key questions, solve problems, and drive results to maximize Brex’s long term shareholder value.

What You’ll Do
As the GTM Finance Manager, you will be working in the finance team to drive our corporate strategy, financial planning, resource allocation, cross functional alignment, and performance management. You will build the topline financial plan, define and track KPIs, set quotas, and work closely with the GTM leaders to align their efforts to achieving Brex’s mid and long term goals.

Responsibilities

• Build topline financial forecasts and  track monthly performance vs. goal to ensure achievement of business growth targets
• Partner cross functionally to properly allocate resources to the highest yielding customer acquisition strategy
• Work on strategic, high-impact projects including our software-led acquisition strategy, relationship management coverage, and other deep dive analysis requested by the CEO 
• Define the leading KPIs with GTM and Data to track business performance
• Own sales quotas and rewards optimization strategy
• High exposure to the executive leadership as this is a small team working closely with the CFO. Analysis will regularly be delivered directly to the Leadership Team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of corporate finance, sales finance, investment banking, and/or Private Equity experience
• High level of Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with Looker databases is a plus
• Comfortable interacting with internal and external senior level executives
• Strong communication, team-working, quantitative and analytical skills
• A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm and driving personal vision
• A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
