About the Role:

We are the Original Content Team at Twitch and we produce new content formats for streamers to engage their audiences in our daily pursuit to revolutionise live entertainment for the next generation of storytellers. We push the boundaries of modern-day entertainment by elevating both inventive creativity and new technology as equally powerful forces.

We're seeking a Program Manager to execute Twitch Rivals EMEA broadcasts with a focus on AAA games and their creator communities. You will be a competitive entertainment expert who is passionate about creator-focused content. You will report to the Director Original Content Production EMEA with a dotted line into the Global Product / Program Team. You will follow gaming trends, consult with community experts, lead show planning, collaborate with creators, work with game publishers to run the events. You will be a project management maven who always executes. We're looking for someone excited to help redefine the future of creator content with Twitch!

You Will:

• Build competitive entertainment content that is exciting to creators and AAA communities
• Work across various departments, collaborating with stakeholders to manage goals
• Be a strong collaborator, who can drive ideation
• Manage execution of shows, overseeing processes and tasks
• Ensure marketing obligations are integrated and obligations met
• Work with Twitch production and vendors to build events
• Support content localisation
• Build show experience and credibility
• Build sustainable processes in European regions with process design for scaling across EMEA

You Have:

• Competitive entertainment experience
• A creative passion for building ground-breaking competitive entertainment events which challenge the boundaries
• A strong, data-driven and strategic skill set
• Leadership experience within live and remote productions demonstrating an ability to take a creative concept and build a structure around it
• The ability to identify, prioritise and invent, evolve, improve processes and technological solutions
• Experience with multi-day live-spectator events
• The ability to inhabit the role; make it better and are willing to help others improve their roles as well
• The forethought to thoughtfully escalate problem areas in advance of failures

Bonus:

• Written and verbal fluency in one or more languages
• You are Twitch user and streamer yourself
• Previous employment at a games industry or broadcast media company
• Existing relationships with game developers and streamers
