The opportunity

We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join our Brand Studio design team. You’ll report to our Principal Designer and work closely with a global team of marketing partners, product & brand designers, and content strategists to craft experiences that will meaningfully impact diners and restaurants around the globe. 

You will be an influential design partner where you’ll own key parts of our brand experience and continue to elevate the role that motion design plays within marketing and product. You’ll work to evolve our motion guidelines to further align with our brand narrative. On some days you’ll be brainstorming social ideas and building out campaign creative, and others will be focused on crafting a vision to push our brand even further. Under the general direction of more senior members, you’ll support  Brand Studio in the production of global coordinated campaigns, social and email work, and video editing for internal and external projects.

About you

As a Motion Graphics Designer you enjoy extending campaign creative as much as discovering new ways to delight users. You enjoy working through all stages of the design process, from brainstorming, to pitching ideas through to visual design and working collaboratively with engineers to deliver the experience. You also have: 

  • 2-4 years of agency or in-house experience

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a breadth of outstanding motion design work across marketing campaigns, email and social

  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, hierarchy and typography

  • Experience working closely with marketing managers, project managers and copywriters in an agile environment

  • Experience working with and contributing to a brand guidelines is a plus

  • You’re obsessed with dining and food culture

  • Must know Adobe After Effects, Creative Suite and Figma
