  • Provide servant leadership, give mentorship and tools to make decisions independently that lead to positive outcomes.

  • Build a culture of trust and teamwork.

  • Strengthen the team's capabilities through the professional development of the current engineers and hiring.

  • Take ownership and thrive with autonomy.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering with at least 2 years of experience leading teams.

  • You have been a software engineer (probably still consider yourself an engineer), and enjoy being hands-on.

  • You practice Servant Leadership and help others unlock their full potential.

  • You continually work to improve yourself and those around you.

  • You have excellent planning, organization, and decision-making skills.

  • You have the ability to break complex product requirements into easily shippable milestones and produce tech designs for the same.

  • You have the knack of communicating smoothly with others and bringing everyone together.

  • Experience in leading a full stack team

  • Expertise in Java and rest APIs

  • Experience with Microservices
