About the Role

As a key member of Ramp’s talent team, you view the world through a lens of delightful candidate experience starting with the first touchpoint through the offer / onboarding process. You are excited at the opportunity to partner with leadership to strategically build a company from the ground up and the impact that comes with critical early hiring. You will drive practical and creative solutions to surface the best diverse talent, engage passive candidates via various engagement strategies, and leverage existing recruiting tools and practices while exploring opportunities to continuously improve our processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute thoughtful and comprehensive sourcing/engagement strategies
  • Build candidate pipelines for niche and evergreen roles across our business organization while supporting diverse representation at all stages of the hiring process
  • Own the first touchpoint for candidates through the initial hiring manager interview, building candidate rapport as a trusted advisor throughout the assessment process 
  • Analyze sourcing funnel and conversion ratios/metrics to drive efficiencies
  • Develop collaborative relationships with team members and hiring managers
  • Manage workflows within GSuite and Ramp’s ATS (Greenhouse)

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 3 years of agency or in-house talent acquisition experience hiring top caliber talent
  • Strong understanding of the tech market including job profiles and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated success in building exceptional teams, ideally in startup or high-growth environments
  • Ability to develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies independently
  • Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
