As the Senior Manager of Customer Programs and Operations, you will be a key people leader in the Success Operations team, which supports the entire Post-Sales function. You will lead a team of Customer Program Managers who drive innovation, scalability, and impact across a variety of customer-facing and internal programs that optimize the customer journey and create raving fans. You will also own the operational needs for our growing Customer Success team and their Leadership team, to support them in effectively running and scaling the business.
