About The Role:

In this role, you will serve as the operational lead for the Notion for Startups Team. You will create clarity over how the program and team are performing and ultimately help to direct where future efforts are spent. Additionally, you will partner closely with the team to build out and maintain the processes and tools that enable Notion to serve the broader startup community, including the marquis Notion for Startups program.

What You'll Achieve:

• Own the technical system and day-to-day operations of the Notion for Startups program
• Run email programs that help build the startup community
• Enable the program by using data to understand performance and identify areas of opportunity
• Create technical systems that enable the program to be successful, including contact management, application processing and communication support
• Work cross-functionally within Notion to enable reporting, tools and processes with partners such as data science, finance, marketing and product

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• 2+ years of operations or analytics experience
• Passion for making tools & processes more efficient and effective at solving core problems
• Ability to dive into data to provide reporting and ad-hoc analyses on understanding, performance evaluation and opportunity finding
• Ability to work cross-functionally with strong communication and relationship building
• A builders mentality and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments to find creative or out-of-the-box solutions

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with SQL (joins, case, aggregates)
• Experience with JavaScript and APIs (Post, Fetch, Get)
• Experience with no-code and low-code automation tools
• Experience with email marketing tools (Customer.io, Outreach)
• Experience on a fast-growing operations team at an internet company
