What You Get to Do:

  • Responsible for building the Conviva general data platform, and continuously optimizing and iterating the platform to improve its user experience and meet the requirements of different products.
  • Deeply understand the business requirements of each product, build a data warehouse model, and reasonably plan the data warehouse structure, and implementation plans and steps.
  • Continuous data governance, data security and cost optimization.
  • Research and innovation based on the new technologies, promote the implementation, and application of new technologies.
  • Participate in the training of company data talents.
  • Establish a good technical influence in the industry inside and outside the company.


What You Bring to the Role:

  • More than 5 years of experience in big data area, and more than 3 years of experience as a data architect.
  • At least once led the design and development of the data platform.
  • Has own solutions to the industry's conventional data problems, and has own solutions and key paths/methods for complex problems.
  • Familiar with big data technologies commonly used in the industry, including but not limited to Hadoop, Spark, Hbase, Hive, Flink, Kafka, ClickHouse, Kylin, etc.
  • Deeply understand the principles of distributed computing and storage technology, and be able to apply them to projects.
  • Has good communication and expression skills, be able to clearly express the ideas and be able to successfully implement and implement them.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
