What You Get to Do:

  • Directly lead customer relationships through software integration and deployment process.
  • Be the main technical SME guiding the customer to integrate Conviva's solutions based on best practices.
  • Write code to integrate directly or read client's code to troubleshoot integration in a variety of programming languages and IDE's.
  • Perform debugging, modification, and end-to-end testing of integration solutions for measuring data.
  • Provide technical solutions that solves customer's problems and use cases with clean data insights.
  • Work with leading OTT video services and help them drive their business with trusted data.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • BS in Computer Science or related field in regard to software integration and data quality.
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical people.
  • Ability to lead customer-facing technical meetings and comfortable working with all levels within organization.
  • 5+ years in a professional environment, with 2+ years in application development preferred.
  • Empathy, growth mindset and problem solving attitude navigate through challenging data problems.
  • Comfortable working with technical engineering teams and non-technical sales and account management teams and ability to build relationship and influence to get the optimal results.
  • Experience with integration if measurement analytics.


  • Understanding of Over-the-top video streaming.
  • Experience with online video player providers (Kaltura, the Platform, Ooyala, Brightcove, etc.) and integration with video delivery platforms.
  • Experience with online ad insertion and ad measurement technologies.
