We are looking for a Senior Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have experience with high volume talent acquisition at all levels, from entry to executive. You will help us proactively build pipelines, source, assess, and recruit candidates while developing and implementing innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies for all relevant positions.

What You Get to Do:

  • Provide a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define roles, measure progress, improve existing programs and develop innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Anticipate hiring needs by continuously nurturing relationships with top prospects and building pipelines of high-caliber candidates.
  • Keeps current on tools and best practices related to recruiting, sourcing and ways to raise the bar on our process and efficiency.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative information to drive continuous process and strategy improvements.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline resulting in a high offer acceptance.
  • Champion building inclusive and diverse teams.
  • Deliver interview training for hiring teams.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Passionate about talent acquisition with a proven record of success.
  • Ability to make personal connections and understand what motivates candidates and hiring managers.
  • Problem solving and think critically skills are a must.
  • Experience working with globally diverse organizations.
  • 4+ years in recruiting to include: sourcing, screening, negotiations, closing, and candidate relationship management.
  • Strong work ethic, accountability and integrity.
  • Experience developing target lists and market mapping.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships while succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated mastery of the entire recruiting tech stack while keeping up to date with the latest Talent Acquisition best practices and tools.
