About the team:
Robinhood’s Clearing Operations team is responsible for all handling of customer’s trading, cash management, account maintenance and much more.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
You will be part of an essential team that supports the Robinhood community - both internal and external in our Mailroom Operations and Clearing Communications. This includes:
- Help build a scalable solution for incoming and outgoing mail for Robinhood Securities
- Sorting and collating incoming and outgoing mail
- Opening mail addressed to the office and discarding junk mail
- Time/date stamp all incoming/outgoing mail
- Recording registered mail
- Scanning all incoming mail to appropriate departments
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner
- Working on Statements and Confirm checkout and potentially helping with other ops related deliverables
About you:
- Experience working in an office environment
- Interest in building out efficient processes and procedures
- Resourceful and adaptive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in a mailroom preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to focus in a task oriented environment
- Upholding and spreading the Robinhood Culture in all cross functional interactions
Bonus points:
- Previous experience supervising Mailroom Operations
- Previous experience working in a broker-dealer
