We are looking for a Lead HRBP who will focus not only on tactical but strategic consulting on people and organization development to support business objectives. In partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues will also shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions.

What You Get to Do:

  • Support the HR Director across policy interpretation and application, benefits management, employee relations consultation, performance & talent management consultation.

  • Coach and build the capability of managers to anticipate and pre-empt organisational issues.

  • Drive and manage L&D needs across the organisation.

  • Develop and manage programs that support high retention of people.

  • Grow managers accountability and skills in managing employee's careers.

  • Stay abreast with the changing local laws and be the point of contact for all government reporting.

  • In partnership with HR Operations team ensure data integrity of HR systems.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters.

  • Be a champion for employee engagement and culture in the organisation.

  • Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing as appropriate the organisation as an employer of choice.

  • Keep up to date with external HR trends and best practices.

  • Continuously drive improvements in tools and policies.

  • Analyse trends and metrics within the HR function.


What You Bring to the Role:

  • Master’s degree in human resources with at least 7+ years of Core HRBP experience.

  • A strong & proven understanding of people policies, practices, programs, interventions & procedures.

  • Displays strong business acumen and partnership mindset to drive employee engagement & HR advisory.

  • Strong understanding of employment law & compliance requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.

  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.

  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently.

  • Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.

  • Proven acuity in MS office suite, internet and data-base management.
