About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed and execution-oriented Learning Program Manager to support our Product Engineering early career programs, including our internship and Accelerate programs. This role is part program manager, part technical instructional designer. You will be responsible for developing a focused learning path for our interns and Accelerators, while ensuring these programs run smoothly. We are actively seeking an empathetic communicator, influencer, and community builder. The right candidate will be fast moving and comfortable working autonomously, running the program while iterating and improving it. If you are passionate about providing an exceptional, learner-centric experience to team members who are early in their tech career, this role is for you!
