About This Job

In the context of growing the department, you will be joining the FP&A team as a Financial Analyst. Your main mission will be to support the deployment of a strategic partnership in France and across 8 countries, expected to be transformational for the company in the present time and coming years.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager; you will be participating to financial analysis, reporting, future planning and business partnering.

You will be part of a small and high performing team and will have the opportunity to grow your skills, in a fast-paced, start-up like, environment.

What You’ll Do

• Main focus on monitoring the deployment of a strategic partnership in France and internationally: develop and maintain dashboards to track activity (new contracts pipeline, billing, revenue, cash collection, etc.);
• Liaise closely with business partners and participate to the monthly forecasting process;
• Participate to the month end close process, review results and explanation of variances to forecast & budget;
• Communicate results & performing regular reviews with business partners;
• Liaising with US finance team to ensure best practices and methodologies are implemented;
• Ad hoc reporting/tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• French speaker (native or fluent) mandatory
• Master’s degree from top Business School;
• 2-3 years of successful experience in an audit firm and/or in a company in similar functions;
• Experience in SaaS business and Marketing industry desirable but not essential;
• Great interpersonal communication skills in English and French, with ability to interact with senior management and business partners;
• Outstanding analytical skills and proactive mindset;
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask successfully in a fast-paced environment;
• Team player and happy to get stuck in to ensure everyone succeeds
