Asana is looking for a seasoned product designer to join the Revenue design team. This team builds experiences across payments, pricing & packaging, new revenue and other strategic programs to support Asana's rapidly growing business. This role is based in Vancouver.

This role is perfect for product designers who have a heart for the customer, and a sharp product adoption acumen. Someone who can contribute to the vision and strategy, and help us accelerate our efforts to craft persuasive, consistent and reliable experiences. Above all, you love thinking about systems, user interfaces and how they shape a holistic customer journey.

What you’ll achieve

  • Own and lead the end-to-end design process for new features and iterations on an award-winning product.
  • Help define strategy, objectives and vision for your team.
  • Deliver high-quality, polished, persuasive, and easy to use design experiences.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners as you build and ship solutions.
  • Experience career growth and personal development with world-class mentorship and development program.

About you

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases a track record of design mastery and end to end experience ownership. 
  • Strong customer advocacy with a penchant for data and business-informed design.
  • Exceptional user interface design skill and may have experience building design systems.
  • Experience in building SaaS products or revenue driven experiences is desirable but not essential.
